The ESFitFam

You may have heard about this little family we refer to as the ESFitFam. We're so glad you're here and we hope you stick around. If you're new, here's a little run down of how we work. If you've been here awhile, maybe this is a refresher but I sure hope it's not new to you.

This FitFam started, well, back when I started in fitness...2013 in the great north, Minnesota. COVID happened and we went virtual. That's when the family went international!!!!

We do fitness. We do kindness. We do compassion. We do fun. We do learning. We do joy. We may have come together in fitness classes but there is so much more. We support each other. We encourage each other.

We have people new to fitness. It can be hard and we are here to struggle through those first few steps or training sessions with you. We have instructors getting ready to teach for the first time. We provide a safe environment for you to start teaching. We have people trying to meet new goals. We help you get there baed on your needs and life.

We don't just do fitness, we're here for life. We show up for each other. We celebrate birthdays together. We share advice. We share memes. Yeah, it's that serious. So if you're looking for a place that will welcome you with open arms, we're here.
