Ingredients:
1 cup of Oats
1/2 cup + 2 TBS of Peanut Butter or your favorite nut butter
2 TBS of Chia Seeds
2 TBS of Sunflower Seeds
3 TBS of Honey or Maple Syrup
1 Tsp of Coconut extract
1/4 cup of Cranberry Raisins
(Optional Coconut flakes for topping)
Add all the ingredients in a food processor and mix it until it becomes a dough. If the mix doesn't stick together, add 2 TBS of water and keep mixing.
When the dough is ready, make mini balls or you can put it in a 8' pan and cut it in squares.
Add the Coconut Flakes for topping and enjoy.😋
