1/2 cup of spinach

1/2 cup of frozen pineapple

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 cup of almond milk or favorite milk or Coconut water

1 TBS chia seeds


(You can also add some yogurt or a scoop of protein)




Very Berry 🍓🫐


1 cup of frozen mix Berries

A cup of high Protein Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz) or a scoop of protein

1/4 cup of water or almond milk or favorite milk

Some ice




The Hulk 💪😁


3/4 cup of frozen Mix Berries

1/4 cup of oat meal

A cup of high Protein Greek Yogurt (5.3 oz) or a scoop of protein

1 TBS of peanut butter

Some Ice

Topping: Some slices of Kiwi




Classic PB and Banana 🍌🥜


1 frozen banana

1 TBS of peanut butter

1 scoop of protein (vanilla or chocolate)

1/2 cup of favorite milk

Some Ice
