Brownie Bites 🤎

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup walnuts

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup dates (24 dates)

1 tsp coconut or vanilla extract

1 pinch salt

1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder

grated coconut



Place the walnuts and a pinch of salt in a food processor. Mix until it looks like a powder.


Add dates, cocoa, coconut extract, protein and mix. If necessary, add 2 Tbsp of water to help the mixture come together better and give it a good shape. Then make little balls.


And finally, decorate them with grated coconut, almonds or cocoa powder.


When they are ready, store them in a topper and put them in the freezer.
