Symptoms of DR/pelvic floor issues may include:
- Core Instability
- Bulge along the midline of the abdomen
- Back pain
- Incontinence (National Institutes of Health)
The exercises in this program are by no means "intense" but do require focused activation of many core muscles. Please consult with your medical professional before beginning any program of physical activity. If you experience pain laying on your back for 10-15 minutes, it is recommended you seek immediate medical attention and utilize appropriate support.
Programming includes 3, 5 or 7x/week of 10-20 minute session for 8 weeks and weekly accountability check-ins.
