31 Day programming for glutes. Programming is scheduled for 5 days of workouts and 2 days of rest per week. Choose what days you want to work and what days you want to rest. Programming can be completed with no equipment, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells or bands. You can use this programming at home or at the gym. This program was designed with bands and weights but if you do not have them you can still do the exercises.
